Man with the vision and plan, with lateral thought and interests, he looks to integrate various personal and social interests to create an organization that can usher the change the world seeks. Mo is a close follower of Barack Obama and he believes that it is in one's own hands to bring in Change.

Mo and Gautam Shiknis are the founders of Palador, which pioneered bringing quality cinema into India. They make a formidable team that is now involved in various social change projects, covering issues and challenges as wide as the Environment, Politics, Trade and Censorship.

He challenges and directs the no2co2 team both internally and externally.

Joya Chakravarty

Takes care of – Operations and the no2co2 website

Careening wildly from Biochemistry labs, to the Institute of Rural Management, the New York University, designing Human Resources Systems, being a Yoga instructor, trying to grow vegetables and working with rural craftspersons, the common thread in Joya’s career has been the hands-on involvement and attention to detail that she bring to each project.

Gautam Shiknis

After bringing in many MNC brands to India during his stint at Saatchi and Saatchi, Gautam moved on to start his own businesses - in data analysis, and more recently, in World Cinema.

Gautam is also a writer of repute and has been a visiting faculty at the NMIMS University and is on the panel of judges and advisor to Eureka - the annual business plan competition held by IIT, Mumbai, for over three years.

Saurin Desai

Takes care of – Communications and Sales

Saurin does not know when or how he migrated from being an engineering student, to being a writer and actor. But one thing he does not have is regret - for he's a master communicator with the written word, writing films, short stories, verse, articles and ad copies.

Saurin's researching and analyzing prowess are used to continually probe the inchoate and nebulous world of the Carbon business and find relevancy with this project. And of course, Saurin is also responsible for maintaining coherency of every written word.

Savita Vijayakumar

Takes care of – Research and Outreach

After having completed her degree in Journalism, Savita changed tracks and decided to disprove Yeats's,"" The best lack all conviction, while the worst are full of passionate intensity."

Together with her dearest friend Eshanya-, she has founded a Non Profit Organization- 'So, What Now?'- www.sowhatnow.co.in . Based on the the philosophy that you cant change an entire generation, but when a person realized the power to affect external change, it is this realization that inturn affects the change within. For her, the NPO is an experiment to learn and observe and see if things can be achieved differently, to see if she will indeed meet Frost at the end of the Road Less Taken."

Dheeraj Bansal

An IITian by nature, has a unique vision in his thoughts. He believes that the challenge of inclusive growth can be met through hard work and well planned strategies. He is motivated to meet inspiring individuals who brought about a radical change for themselves and for the society, to learn from their enriching experiences. He is confident that the experiences he is gaining, will refine his thinking and strengthen his determination to achieve his ultimate goal.
